The people behind EmbedPeople

We are a small, senior team operating across the Netherlands and South Africa. Everyone involved has direct experience with international hiring, remote team management, and the South African professional landscape. We are deliberately small. Every client gets our direct attention.

Gino Peters

Co-founder

Gino saw the opportunity before most people did. Running his own Employer of Record business, he had a front-row seat to the growing demand from European companies looking to hire internationally, and the frustration they faced doing it alone. He noticed that EOR solves the legal problem but leaves companies stranded on everything else: finding the right person, vetting them, and making the placement work. That gap became EmbedPeople. Gino brings hands-on experience in international employment infrastructure, cross-border business operations, and the commercial instinct to build something that actually serves a market need. He co-founded EmbedPeople to offer European companies the complete solution they were asking for.

Roel Benedict

Co-founder

Roel has spent the past decade working at the intersection of IT strategy, business operations, and international team building. With experience leading technology and security functions within Dutch healthcare organisations, he understands what European companies actually need when they bring someone into their team: not just skills on paper, but someone who integrates, communicates, and delivers. He co-founded EmbedPeople to create a simpler, lower-risk way for European companies to access the senior talent they need to grow.
