You receive a curated shortlist, typically within two to three weeks.

Interview and select

You meet the shortlisted candidates. We keep this efficient: structured interviews, clear criteria, quick feedback loops.

Once you have chosen your person, we handle employment, onboarding documentation, and everything on the legal and HR side.

Integration and start

The professional joins your team on a fixed start date. We support the first weeks with structured onboarding guidance.

After that, they work directly under your direction, fully embedded in your team, tools, and daily workflows.

If a placement is not working, we address it together. If the situation cannot be resolved, we can end the arrangement with the notice period specified in your service agreement.
