Terms and Conditions

1. Services

EmbedPeople provides professional embedding services, placing dedicated South African professionals within client organisations on a fixed monthly fee basis.

2. Payment

Fees are charged monthly in advance. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Termination

Either party may terminate the arrangement with the notice period specified in the signed service agreement, typically 30 days.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
