About this role
A DevOps engineer who owns your infrastructure and deployment pipeline. Not a consultant who sets things up and disappears, but a dedicated team member who monitors, optimises, and evolves your infrastructure as your product grows.
Your embedded DevOps specialist manages your cloud infrastructure, maintains and improves CI/CD pipelines, implements monitoring and alerting, and ensures your systems stay reliable and scalable. They work closely with your development team to remove deployment friction and maintain security best practices.
Typical Profile
4-7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
Strong containerisation skills (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
Understanding of monitoring and observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty)
Security awareness and experience with compliance frameworks
