Technical Product Manager
A technical product manager who bridges engineering and business, owns the roadmap, and drives delivery.
About this role
A technical product manager who speaks both business and engineering fluently. Translates product strategy into technical requirements, prioritises ruthlessly, and works hand-in-hand with your engineering team to ship the features that matter most.
Your embedded technical PM defines product requirements and acceptance criteria, prioritises the product backlog based on business impact and technical feasibility, works closely with engineers during sprint planning and execution, conducts user research and analyses product usage data, and defines success metrics and monitors feature performance.
Typical Profile
4-7 years of experience in product management, with a technical background or strong technical fluency
Ability to read code, understand system architecture, and discuss technical trade-offs with engineers
Experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
Strong prioritisation frameworks (RICE, ICE, weighted scoring)
Experience with agile development processes
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with technical background
