About this role

An email marketing manager who turns your subscriber list into a revenue engine. Designs automated journeys, writes compelling emails, segments your audience, and optimises every send for opens, clicks, and conversions.

Your embedded email marketing manager designs and builds email automation workflows (welcome sequences, nurture flows, re-engagement campaigns), writes email copy that converts, manages audience segmentation and list hygiene, conducts A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times, and analyses email performance metrics.

Typical Profile

3-6 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
Proficiency with email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Customer.io)
Strong copywriting skills for email
Experience with segmentation, personalisation, and dynamic content
Understanding of email deliverability and compliance
Analytical mindset for interpreting open rates, CTR, and conversion data
Experience with HTML email templates is a plus
