About this role
A performance marketer who manages your paid acquisition channels with precision. Budgets, bids, creatives, audiences, attribution. Not an agency managing your account alongside fifty others, but a dedicated professional who knows your unit economics and optimises every euro of spend.
Your embedded performance marketer plans and executes paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. They manage budgets, optimise bidding strategies, create and test ad creatives, build audiences, set up attribution and tracking, and report on ROAS and CPA.
Typical Profile
3-6 years of performance marketing experience
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
Experience with landing page optimisation and A/B testing
Comfortable managing significant monthly ad budgets
Data-driven with strong spreadsheet and analytics skills
