Your embedded growth marketer operates as the engine of your marketing function. They plan and execute campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels. They set up tracking and attribution. Typical Profile
3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email automation
Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience building and optimising conversion funnels
Data-driven mindset with ability to communicate results clearly
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications from a South African university
