About this role
A conversion rate optimisation specialist who makes every visitor count. Analyses user behaviour, identifies conversion bottlenecks, designs and runs experiments, and systematically improves the percentage of visitors who become customers.
Your embedded CRO specialist analyses user behaviour data (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis), identifies conversion bottlenecks across your website and key funnels, develops experiment hypotheses based on data and user research, designs and runs A/B and multivariate tests, analyses test results with statistical rigour, and implements winning variations.
Typical Profile
3-6 years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or UX research
Proficiency with experimentation platforms (VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty)
Experience with analytics and behaviour tools (GA4, Hotjar, FullStory, Amplitude)
Understanding of statistical significance and experiment design
UX sensibility and user research skills
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for experiment implementation
Data-driven mindset with strong hypothesis discipline
