About this role
A marketing analyst who tells you what is working and what is not. Tracks campaign performance, analyses attribution, segments audiences, and ensures every marketing euro is spent where it drives the most impact.
Your embedded marketing analyst builds and maintains marketing dashboards, analyses campaign performance across channels (paid, organic, email, social), manages marketing attribution models, conducts cohort analysis and customer segmentation, and supports budget allocation decisions with data.
Typical Profile
3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis
Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Strong SQL skills for querying marketing databases
Experience with marketing attribution tools and models
Dashboard building skills (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
Understanding of statistical concepts for testing and significance
Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field
