About this role
A business analyst who bridges the gap between what your business needs and what your technology delivers. Gathers requirements, maps processes, documents specifications, and ensures that development teams build the right thing the first time.
Your embedded business analyst conducts stakeholder interviews to understand business needs, documents functional and non-functional requirements, creates process maps and workflow diagrams, writes user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, and facilitates workshops and alignment sessions.
Typical Profile
3-6 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or consulting
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
Understanding of agile development workflows and user story writing
SQL skills for data querying and validation
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
