About this role

A BI analyst who builds the reporting infrastructure your organisation runs on. Not someone who pulls a report when asked, but a professional who designs the dashboards, data models, and self-service tools that let every team in your company make data-driven decisions.

Your embedded BI analyst designs and builds dashboards in your preferred BI tool, creates and maintains data models that support accurate reporting, develops self-service analytics capabilities for business users, and standardises KPI definitions and reporting frameworks.

Typical Profile

3-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting
Expert-level proficiency in at least one BI platform (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
Strong SQL skills for querying data warehouses
Experience with data modelling (dimensional modelling, star schemas)
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts
Ability to translate business questions into data requirements
Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
