An operations manager who keeps your business running efficiently and creates the systems that allow you to scale. Not a temporary project manager, but a dedicated professional who understands your workflows end-to-end and continuously improves how your team operates.
Your embedded operations manager maps and optimises business processes, manages operational workflows and tools, coordinates across departments, builds documentation and SOPs, identifies bottlenecks and implements solutions, and manages vendor relationships and operational budgets.
Typical Profile
4-7 years of operations, project management, or business process experience
Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience with workflow and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Notion)
Process mapping and improvement expertise
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive operational decisions
Degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
