About this role
A data analyst who turns your raw data into decisions. Not someone who builds dashboards and walks away, but a dedicated professional who understands your business, knows where the insights are buried, and proactively surfaces what matters.
Your embedded data analyst works inside your team as the person everyone turns to when they need to understand what the numbers mean. They build and maintain dashboards, run ad-hoc analyses, identify trends and anomalies, and translate data into recommendations that leadership can act on.
Typical Profile
3-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase
Understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing methodologies
Strong communication skills, able to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
