A project coordinator who keeps everything moving. Tracks timelines, manages dependencies, chases deliverables, and ensures that projects stay on schedule and within scope. The operational glue that holds complex initiatives together.

Your embedded project coordinator manages project timelines and task tracking, coordinates between team members and stakeholders, runs project status meetings and distributes updates, identifies risks and escalates blockers, and maintains project documentation and decision logs.

Typical Profile

2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations
Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Trello)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of agile or waterfall project methodologies
Proactive, structured, and reliable
