A process improvement specialist who finds the friction in your operations and eliminates it. Maps current workflows, identifies inefficiencies, designs better processes, and implements changes that save time and reduce errors.

Your embedded process improvement specialist maps and documents existing business processes, identifies bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual steps that can be automated, designs improved workflows with clear ownership and handoffs, and implements process changes.

Typical Profile

3-6 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or management consulting
Experience with process mapping methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate)
Change management awareness
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
