About this role
A product operations manager who makes your product organisation more effective. Streamlines how product, engineering, and design work together. Manages tools, processes, and data so your product managers can focus on building the right things.
Your embedded product ops manager standardises product development processes and ceremonies, manages product management tools and documentation systems, builds and maintains product analytics dashboards, coordinates cross-functional launches and releases, and supports roadmap planning with data and stakeholder input.
Typical Profile
4-7 years of experience in product operations, product management, or technical programme management
Understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Shape Up)
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Linear, Productboard, Amplitude)
Analytical skills for product metrics and experimentation
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
