About this role

A business development manager who identifies, develops, and closes new business opportunities. Not a freelance lead generator, but a dedicated commercial professional who understands your market, builds genuine relationships, and drives revenue growth as a core member of your team.

Your embedded BDM researches and identifies target accounts, builds outreach strategies and manages prospecting pipelines, develops relationships with decision-makers, qualifies opportunities and manages the sales process, collaborates with marketing on lead generation campaigns, and reports on pipeline metrics and revenue forecasts.

Typical Profile

4-7 years of business development or sales experience
Experience selling B2B services or technology solutions
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Experience with outbound prospecting tools and methodologies
Understanding of European business culture and decision-making processes
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with targets
