A partnerships manager who builds the strategic relationships that create new channels for growth. Identifies potential partners, structures mutually beneficial agreements, manages ongoing partner relationships, and ensures partnerships deliver measurable value.

Your embedded partnerships manager owns your partner ecosystem. They research and identify potential partnership opportunities, lead outreach and relationship development, negotiate partnership terms and agreements, create partner enablement materials, track partner performance and ROI, and coordinate internal teams to support partnership execution.

Typical Profile

4-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Commercial thinking combined with operational execution
Experience with partner management tools and CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships in parallel
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
