A key account director who owns your most important client relationships. Not a reactive account manager, but a strategic commercial professional who identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts, anticipates client needs, and protects and expands your revenue base.

Your embedded key account director manages a portfolio of your most valuable client relationships. They conduct regular strategic reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage contract renewals, coordinate delivery across internal teams, and serve as the trusted advisor that keeps clients loyal and growing.

Typical Profile

6-10 years of experience in account management, client success, or commercial leadership
Track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
Excellent stakeholder management skills at C-suite level
Experience with CRM-based account planning and pipeline forecasting
Understanding of European business culture and negotiation norms
Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
