An SDR who fills your pipeline with qualified opportunities, day in, day out. Not a shared appointment setter from a call centre, but a dedicated professional who learns your product, understands your buyer, and becomes the engine of your outbound motion.

Your embedded SDR is the front line of your sales process. They research target accounts, craft personalised outreach sequences, make cold calls, send targeted emails and LinkedIn messages, qualify inbound leads, and book meetings for your account executives or founders.

The key difference between an embedded SDR and an outsourced lead generation service is ownership. Your SDR learns the nuances of your product positioning, refines messaging based on prospect feedback, and improves their approach over time.

Typical Profile

2-5 years of experience in outbound sales development or inside sales
Experience with B2B prospecting in European or international markets
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Experience with outreach tools (Lemlist, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily activity targets
Understanding of consultative selling and qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC)
