Your embedded CRM manages ongoing client relationships across your portfolio. They conduct regular check-ins, monitor satisfaction signals, identify at-risk accounts, coordinate resolution of issues, manage loyalty and engagement programmes, and surface expansion opportunities.
Typical Profile
3-6 years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Data-aware: comfortable tracking metrics like NPS, churn rate, and customer health scores
Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
