About this role
A sales operations analyst who makes your revenue machine run smoothly. Maintains your CRM, builds pipeline reports, analyses conversion rates, and ensures your sales team spends time selling instead of wrestling with data and systems.
Your embedded sales ops analyst owns the operational backbone of your sales function. They maintain CRM data quality, build and automate sales reports, analyse pipeline velocity and conversion rates, manage territory and quota assignments, support forecasting processes, and implement workflow automations.
Typical Profile
3-6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics
Deep CRM expertise (Salesforce administration is a strong plus)
Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL is a bonus)
Experience building dashboards and reports (Salesforce reports, Looker, Tableau)
Understanding of sales processes, pipeline stages, and forecasting methodologies
Process-oriented mindset with attention to data accuracy
