A proposal manager who transforms your bid process from chaotic to systematic. Gathers input from across your organisation, writes compelling proposals, manages timelines, and ensures every submission positions your company to win.
Your embedded proposal manager owns the entire proposal lifecycle. They manage response timelines for RFPs and RFIs, coordinate subject matter experts for input, write and edit proposal content, maintain a library of reusable proposal assets, and ensure brand and quality consistency across submissions.
Typical Profile
3-6 years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or commercial writing
Excellent English writing skills with an ability to translate technical content into persuasive narratives
Strong project management and coordination skills
Experience with proposal management tools and document collaboration platforms
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure
Understanding of B2B procurement processes
